Through alo 183 Social Support Line from the Call Centers of the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services, guidance and counseling services are provided by evaluating the calls for services for family, women, children, disabled, elderly, relatives of martyrs and veterans and veterans. It is served on a 24/7 working basis.

Alo 183 Line is assigned to sign language personnel, with our hearing and speech impaired citizens, between 08:00 – 24:00 on weekdays with 3G compatible phones and from 08:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays – Sundays Video calls can be made via line 0 549 381 0 183.

To provide more effective services, our Ministry has corresponded with all mobile and landline telephone operators and provided that our citizens can send free messages (SMS) to Alo 183 Line. In particular, our hearing and speech impaired citizens can send a message with their first name, T.C id number and requests from all mobile operators to number 183, the requests are evaluated by the relevant personnel and the citizens are informed by telephone or SMS.
